HOW TO BOOK

Please email Chelsy@bcouturephotography.com to confirm session availability and select your session date and time.

Once your deposit is received, I'll email you all the information you need for your session, including directions to my studio and what to expect.

YOUR $500 NEWBORN SESSION INCLUDES

A professional newborn photography session lasting approximately 1–2 hours.

You may add parents and siblings to your session for $50 per child, $25 per adult, or $100 for twins. Additional edited images will be included when you add people to your session.

You'll also have access to my high-end studio wardrobe and accessories, including newborn clothing, boys' clothing in sizes 0–3 months, girls' dresses in sizes 0–10 years, and dresses for moms in sizes 0–10.

Your session includes a digital download of your fully edited, high-resolution image gallery with professional skin retouching and color-enhancement edits, a print release with personal printing rights, and a $50 print credit.

You also have the option to purchase professional print packages, albums, and enlargements from your session.

NEWBORN SESSION AVAILABILITY

Newborn sessions are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

My studio specializes in beautiful natural-light photography. To ensure the best lighting conditions, sessions are scheduled during the morning or early afternoon.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Your session price will be locked in at the time of booking.

NEWBORN SESSION DETAILS

Newborn sessions are typically booked before your baby arrives, with a flexible “floating” session date around your due date. Once your baby is born, we'll confirm your session date and adjust the schedule as needed to photograph your little one at approximately 5–14 days old. Even though it's preferred for newborns to be fresh, I do take older newborns, so don't hesitate to reach out.

I occasionally have last-minute newborn openings, so please don't hesitate to reach out even if your baby has already arrived.

If your baby is premature or spends time in the NICU, we'll adjust the timing to ensure your baby is healthy and ready for their session.

If baby is fussy, newborn sessions can last up to two hours. I take the time needed to soothe, settle, and gently pose your baby to create a beautiful, complete gallery.

SESSION ADD-ONS

Additional people can be included for $50 per child, $25 per adult, and $100 for twins. Additional edited images will be included when you add people to your session.

WEEKEND SESSION FEE — $100

Weekend sessions are available when my schedule allows. Because weekends are in high demand, an additional $100 weekend fee applies to sessions scheduled on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This fee is charged at the time of booking, in addition to your regular session price.

ADDITIONAL EDITED IMAGES — $10 EACH

Every session includes a generous gallery of professionally edited images. If you'd like additional images beyond those included in your gallery, you can purchase them for $10 per image. Each additional image includes both a color and a black-and-white version.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your session fee. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session. The price listed above will be locked in at the time of booking.

B Couture Photography accepts a limited number of sessions. If you need to reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled session, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

If you cancel your session or now show, your deposit will be forfeited.

In the event of inclement weather or illness, your session will be rescheduled without an additional fee, provided the rescheduled session takes place within two weeks of the original session date.

Sessions include skin-perfection and color-enhancement edits. Extensive editing, including Photoshop body reshaping, head-swapping, or other special editing requests, will incur additional charges billed by the hour.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your edited images to be ready. Your final gallery will be delivered via digital download for your convenience.
